Terms of Service and Refund Policy
By ordering from Video Promotion Club, you agree to the following terms:
Service Terms
- You must provide the correct video URL, email address, and campaign details.
- You must own or have permission to promote the submitted content.
- The video must remain public and accessible throughout the campaign.
- Campaign start and completion times are estimates and may be affected by advertising-platform reviews, targeting limitations, or technical issues.
- We do not guarantee subscribers, likes, comments, sales, watch time, monetization, or viral results.
- We may reject or stop campaigns that violate applicable laws or advertising-platform policies.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@videopromotion.club with your order number.
- A full refund will be issued if work has not started within 48 hours after receiving payment and all required campaign details.
- A full refund may also be issued if we cannot provide the purchased service.
- Advertising costs, completed work, campaign setup, and delivered promotion may be deducted.
- No refund will normally be issued after the service has been fully completed.
- Refunds may be declined if delivery is affected by an incorrect, private, deleted, restricted, or changed video.
- Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method.
Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or unauthorized-transaction claim is opened, we may provide the payment provider with relevant order records, customer communications, submitted URLs, campaign reports, and proof of delivery.
Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses, including loss of income, business, audience, or opportunity. Our maximum liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where prohibited by law.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms when our services, policies, or legal requirements change. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
